Rodney Yashouafar

Rodney Yashouafar is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Law and a minor in Economics. Mr. Yashouafar attended Whittier Law School and finished his legal education under the supervision of a mentoring and seasoned attorney. Mr. Yashouafar has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, working with a legal team in the fields of Business Law, Contract Law, Construction Law, and Employment Law, with experience in litigation and pre-litigation cases.

In addition to Mr. Yashouafar’s legal background, he has personally managed many construction projects, business projects, development projects in which he has taken high management protocols to prevent any injuries to his employees and other civilians. Mr. Yashouafar understands and takes the worker’s compensation cases seriously, knowing the legal requirements which employers owe to their employees and making sure that all his cases are handled with the same care.
